The Greater Bay Area Youth Employment Scheme of the Labour Department assists enterprises in Hong Kong in recruiting Hong Kong young people who possess a global perspective and smart mind, and who have received a university education, to work in the GBA Mainland cities. This helps enterprises develop business in the GBA. Enterprises participating in the Scheme will receive a government subsidy of $10,000 per month for up to 18 months.
